Falcon has grown fast, and a lot of properties out here still have old sheds, garages and slabs that need to go. Down & Dirty Demo is a family owned demolition contractor based in northern Colorado Springs, and we work Falcon regularly. Matt runs the crew and handles the quotes himself.
PRIMARY CAPABILITY
Older outbuildings are common on Falcon acreage, and many of them are past saving. We tear down garages, sheds, barns and lean-tos, then haul everything off. If the structure is leaning or partly collapsed, we can still take it down safely. We check for wiring and hazards before we start swinging.

New construction and shop builds need a clean pad. We break out old slabs, driveways and foundations, and we clear brush, fencing and debris from build sites. We run a professional rider machine for floor and surface removal, which makes short work of big concrete areas. Your lot gets left graded and ready for the next step.
